Return Policy
Hopefully you will never receive a damaged kit. Should this happen, please let us know and we will send out a replacement; if the kit is still available. If the kit is no longer available, a refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned kit. Please ship the damaged kit back to us via normal USPS and we will credit you for the shipping charges.
Payments
Payments for subscriptions that are made by credit card will be billed on the 1st of each month. If you would like to pay by PayPal, payment for all months is required in advance. If you start your membership after the 1st, your credit card will be billed soon after you sign up. At which time, kits will be shipped within 1-5 days after payment is received.

When are kits shipped?
Kits will be shipped out to members begin shipping on by the 5th of each month to subscribers and will be completed by the 10th of each month. Orders received at other times of the month will ship within 1-5 days of your order.
What day of the month is my credit card billed?
Your credit card will be billed on the 1st day of each month.
What methods of payment are accepted?
Color Me Daisy accepts Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. If you prefer to use PayPal as your method of payment, you may do so, however if payment is made by PayPal, payment for ALL months is required to be pre-paid in advance. Please email us at info@colormedaisy.com to arrange for Paypal payment.
How will I be billed for Add-Ons?
Add-Ons are additional products and therefore require an additional charge from the monthly kit. The charges for the Add-Ons will be billed prior to shipment. There will be no additional shipping charges for Add-Ons shipped with a monthly kit for US purchases. International shipments are subject to additional shipping charges as described above.
Is it possible to skip a kit?
Skipping kits is allowed but under the following conditions:
No skips are allowed for a 3-month subscription
1 skip is allowed for a 6-month subscription or in a 6 month period for an auto-ship member
If you would like to skip a month, please email us at info@colormedaisy.com before the 25th of the month you wish to skip. This will automatically increase your subscription by one month.
What if I need to cancel my membership prior to the end date?
Should you wish to cancel your subscription early; a $20 cancellation fee will be applied to any 3 or 6 month membership.

Can memberships be prepaid?
Yes. This can be done by purchasing the pre-paid subscription term option you desire.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! International shipments are sent USPS First Class. Packages 2 pounds and under are $7.00 to Canada and $16.00 to all other countries. Packages over 2 pounds are subject to additional shipping charges as described in our International Shipping policy. Our kits average 1.5 pounds. Shipping time ranges from 10-21 days for you to receive your kit. International packages are sent out no less than once a week.
**Please note that we are not responsible for orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the postal service as that is proof that we have sent the order and USPS has delivered it to the shipping address.
I just became a proud member of Color Me Daisy. Now what?
Once you purchase your membership, you will receive confirmation via e-mail. We will include verification of your billing and shipping information for you to review. If you see any errors, please contact us at info@colormedaisy.com so that we can make any necessary changes. Your first kit will be the current month's kit, unless we are sold out. If we are sold out, your membership will begin with the following month’s kit.
How long does a membership last?
You may purchase our kits for the current month only, or choose a membership option of 3 or 6 months. After the intial 6 month-subscription ends your membership will be converted to auto-ship. When a 3-month or pre-paid subscription period ends, you will receive a reminder e-mail for renewal. To guarantee your subscription and not miss out on a Color Me Daisy kit, you have the option to renew anytime prior to when kits are made available to the public. Once kits are made available to the public, subscriptions may be renewed, but availiblity cannot be guaranteed.
